  1. Freedom: Digital citizens should be provided with free internet whilst without offending other people with explicit images/videos etc.
  2. Openness: Digital citizens have the right to open and disrupted internet.
  3. Equality: Every digital citizen should be treated fairly.
  4. Participation: Digital citizen's should have the right to participate in any online activity which they feel to.
  5. Creativity: Digital citizens have the create and explore anything they like online and should accept the responsibility that goes with it.
  6. Sharing: Each individual has the right to share their ideas, opinions and discoveries on the internet.
  7. Accessibility: Regardless of who you may be, every individual should have the right to access the internet at all times.
  8. Association: Individuals have the right to associate freely on the internet.
  9. Privacy: Each individual using the internet's privacy should be protected.
  10. Property: Digital citizen's have the right to benefit from anything and everything they create on the internet.
